Fun Fashion Under $50

Theses products are really fun and cool. I love all the colors. I like that there is a green eyeliner and a purple lipstick. All the skirts are fun colors. I’m a color freak so I like it when things are bright.

Richard Avedon

Richard Avedon, Marilyn Monroe, New York City, May 6, 1957
From Marilyn Monroe to Katherine Hepburn to the murderer Dick Hickock, Richard Avedon shot them all. His work is varied in both subject and emotion. With his black and white pictures, the beauty and the emotion are extremely powerful.
The SF MOMA is having an exhibit displaying Avedon’s work. The exhibit is both moving and shocking. The wide range of subject sends the viewer on an emotional roller coaster ride. Awe and shock, pity and wonder, these are just a few emotions that await just around the corner. There are rooms full of celebrities and rooms full of nobodies. Richard Avedon’s photographs are individually moving pieces, but as a whole, they are masterpieces that flow well together as an extremely powerful experience.
